Official Rules

1. Do Not Spam

Spamming will not be tolerated on this board. To spam, is to post a Stupid Pointless and/ or Annoying Message.

Posting the same thing more than once in a row is considered spam.


2. Do Not Flame

Please do not flame other users. By flaming, I mean to discourage with harsh words. All Flame Wars on a thread will be settled as soon as possible. If you notice a flame war or a person flaming, please report this to an administrator or moderator through Private Messaging.


3. No Advertising

We strongly suggest not to advertise a site on this board. You may advertise in your signatures ONLY! If you advertise a web site in a post, you will receive a warning, and if you continue to break this rule, you may recieve an infraction.


4. No Adult Material

Any Pornography or inappropriate discussion of sexual harassment will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban.


5. No Foul Language

Foul Language will not be accepted here. Some users may be uncomfortable with some words, and some users are underaged, but have not been found to be underaged yet. In the future, a small part of this board may be designed for users over a certain age to talk freely with language. Any of this kind of language will automatically be replaced with "PLEASE REPORT ME FOR SWEARING PLEASE REPORT ME FOR SWEARING PLEASE REPORT ME FOR SWEARING"


6. No Multiple Accounts

Please do not create Multiple accounts. All you need for this board is one username. If you have more than one account, the administrator will delete one of the accounts, and give you a temporary ban. If you make more than 3 accounts with no given reason, you will be IP (Perma) Banned from this board. The only exception to this rule is if you want a name change, in which case you should post a new topic in the Forum Help section saying you want a name change. You can have two accounts until we ban your old one. Also, certain moderators, and all administrators may have as many accounts as they wish.


7. Avatars & Signatures

We will allow you to create and request avatars and signatures on this board. However, there are some restrictions;

Avatars must be not larger than 150x200.

Signatures must not be larger than 200x525.

Inappropriate images will not be tolerated.

If you fail to follow these three rules, then you will have your privelages revoked. On your first offence, we will give you a warning and remove your signature/ avatar. On the second offence, we will remove it and give you an infraction. On the third offence, we will give you a temporary ban and remove your power to show off avatars and signatures.


10. Double/ Triple Posting

Please refrain from double or triple posting. You may do so however, if it contributes to the thread and is at least 24 hours after your last post in that thread. Otherwise, it will be marked as spam and be deleted.

First offence - Post removed and warning.
Second offence - Infraction and post removed.
Third offence - One day ban.

Your warning will expire after 30 days. You can only get second and third offences if you double/triple post 2-3 times within 30 days.

- Description of you problem/question: When you ask a question, try to be clear and accurate about what you want to say. Don't hesitate to describe your problem. The more info yougive, the better we can answer you.

- Language on this forum: When you write in English, SMS (cell phone) style message, L3375P34K(leetspeak) and deliberate mistakes must be avoided. Non-Englishpeople, as well as English people, must be able to understand what youwrite, so put a minimum of care in your English, even if your Englishis not very good (eh, Godfather...lol? Wink )

- Colors: When you write your message, please don't abuse colors.
Some colors are reserved for moderation and light colors are hard to read for visually impaired people.

- Flood and off-topic : Flood must be avoided. One-word posts such like "lol", "rofl" or a single smiley must be avoided. Only Admins and moderators are allowed to use one word/very short posts.
You must also avoid to post the same topic twice, it will not be faster for you to get a response.
Aslong as you topic is not in the second page of the support section, itis useless to up it. The minimun delay between two Ups is 24 hours,according to this board's default timezone (GMT - 5).
If you make a mistake, please use the button at the top-right of your post, to avoid double-posting

- Advertising for your forum: Spamming for your board is not tolerated, even by PM. If you postabout a problem, give the address of your forum ONLY if we ask you ORif it's really necessary to understand a problem. Better : Put your forum address in your profile, so we will just have to click on the"Forum" button to examine your board.

- Other advertising : It is also forbidden to post advertising for money-related stuff, many of our members are under 18.


Behavior on the forum


- Defamatory, racist, hateful, pornographic, illegal or insulting content must be avoided on this forum.You must respect the fact that people may have a different opinion than you. If you are in conflict with another member, please use PMs forthat, this board is not an arena!

- Please, be patient.It's useless to up your topic every 2 minutes (see the point "Flood andOff-topic"). Every member of this forum has a private life besides Forumotion, so they can't always respond immediately.

- You must respect the moderators and administrators. They all work volontarily on this forum and they are human, not machines!

-If you received advertising, pornographic content or insults by PM, you must send the whole copy (including the headers) to a moderator by PM. Posting it in a topic is useless and will only cause conflicts between you and the one who sent you the PM. Also, posting the picture at all will give you a one day ban.

- If you found any Forumotion that doesn't respect the charter (can be seen when you create a board), PM a moderator instead of creating a topic. That will avoid undeliberate advertising.

Avatar and Profile



- Avatar dimensions: Your avatar's width must not exceed 150 pixels and its height mustnot exceed 200 pîxels. These limits are here to avoid scrolling forpeople who have a low screen resolution. You must also respect the limit of weight which is fixed to 300 KB. There are still people whohave a low-speed connection, and heavy pictures take time to load forthem.

- Your avatar is not an advertising banner, so avatars with your forum URL must be avoided.

- Sexually oriented and gore avatars must be avoided

- Your "Age/S" field is not an advertising space, so forum URL must be avoided



Possible sanctions



- If you made advertising by PM, you may see your PM mailbox disabled for a determined period

-If your avatar doesn't respect the rules and you ignore the moderator's request to have it changed, the Administrator may forbid you from displaying an Avatar.

- Advertising for money-related stuff = Immediate one-day ban

- Ignoring the moderators' warnings and continuing to not respect the rules, insulting people and trolling may result to a simple ban from this forum, an Forumotion-wide ban or a ban forum deleted, according to the gravity of the member's fault.

We need to update with less strict rules. You know how MCCP has the 13 year old rule? thats only because they have coppa enabled. Its not against the law to let people under 13 to join.... And there should be maybe mild langauage IDK
