1. No more than 2 club ownerships per user at a time.
2. No teams that go out attacking other Club Penguin Headline Forum members.
3. Only army/attacking clubs/teams that are allowed are clubs/teams that attack other forums or websites or random penguins besides Club Penguin Headline, Club Penguin Headline Forums, Pengu Place's forums, Hoagie Master 12's forums, or Crashrains forums.
4. Clubs/teams that do things on the forums but not on Club Penguin are allowed.
5. If a team becomes inactive for several months, it will be assumed as an abandoned club or team and thus their thread will be locked
6. Meetings or parties that discourage Club Penguin rules is forbidden.
Not following these rules may end up in an infraction or two.
