I've come up with a solution for penguin coins. Well, because there is really no use for them, I have come up with a use. If this works out, then great! We'll keep them. If not, bye bye Penguin Coins. So here's what I've decided:

You can earn coins by doing good deeds on the forums. You can use these coins for infraction-related things. So if you break a rule, instead of getting an infraction, you can pay a fine of a certain amount of Penguin Coins. But once your coins are at 0, you will recieve infractions. Here are the guidelines:

Help write a guide for the forums: 500 coins
Stay infraction free for 6 months: 500 coins
Stay infraction free for a year: 1500 coins
Become a moderator: 2000 coins
Become an admin: infinate coins
Give a good idea to the forums that leads to a new category/section being created: 800 coins
Submit forum artwork that gets published in the gallery or as a forum banner: 500 coins
Become a moderator on CPHF Chat: 1000 coins
Become an admin on CPHF Chat: 2000 coins


And if you break the rules:
1 infraction costs 1000 coins
2 infractions cost 2000 coins
3 infractions cost 3000 coins
4 infractions cost 4000 coins
A ban costs 10,000 coins

You do not have to use your coins, you may just recieve the infraction instead of paying a fine for it. But if you DO pay a fine for it, it will be like you never even broke the rule that you broke. This is a quite generous offer concidering how strict some other forums can be. So be a wise and good user and it will do you good.
